Preparing for your reiki session
To ensure you get the most from your Reiki treatment, we advise you to wear comfortable, loose clothing. It's also advisable to keep hydrated by drinking plenty of water before and after your session. Following your treatment, take time to reflect; you may become a little emotional, which is a normal reaction as your system settles and releases stagnant energy. Remember, it's been a long time since you took this time to look after yourself, and you deserve it!
